12 Tags of Christmas Challenge #6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12

I fell way, way, behind on my 12 Tags of Christmas Challenge hosted by Linda of "The Funkie Junkie".

Please forgive the very long post as I am going to combine the remainder of the tags.
I so hope I win!!

This is Tag #6. At first I had a hard time deciding how to create this tag because I do not have a lot of the elements or colors Linda used.

It just so happened I had a gift for my Dad that I wrapped using these colors. The paper even had the word "Joy" on it!! How awesome is that.

The first Tag is Linda's.
For my Tag, I just used the wrapping paper as the background but I made the bow with Red, White, and Blue and placed in the "O" portion of "Joy". I think it turned out very nice.

For Tag #7 I liked the Reindeer from Linda's Inspiration Tag on the Top.

I inked my reindeer then adhered it to the corrugated box board.

For my background I used wrapping paper again...lol. This time with red and green.
I also added a little ticket at the bottom instead of the calendar pages Linda used.

For Tag #9 I was again not sure what I was going to do. The top picture is Linda's inspiration tag. I loved her country ribbon and the stars, I just had to think of something I had I could use.

I ended up using a jumbo manilla tag (From Funkie Junkie Boutique) and used a green Distress Ink. I took the ink pad and just "painted" it on the tag.

For the Star I used a wooden one I inked with various Distress Inks and then used layers of modge podge and glitter.  I really love my glitter...lol.

Next I found a pretty material that used all the colors I was working with so I made that my center bow.

I added (2) tickets at the bottom that say "Seasons Greetings", and "Best Wishes For Christmas."

Tag #10 was a challenge because I didn't know how to get the brick look you can see in Linda's Inspiration Tag on Top.

Linda was kind enough to give us the vintage image but I didn't use it.

All the brick reminded me of the chimney Santa goes down!! So I used a nice chipboard Santa with the phrase "Tis The Season". (I think he is an awesome looking Santa!)

I am not sure what the white flourish stickers are called I added to the tag. I thought they went along with the top of Linda's tag that looks like snow.

I used a few K&Company Flowers that have a beautiful sparkly edge with a center crystal piece. I dyed some fluffy string with my "Fire Brick" Distress Stain and punched a hole on the corner of the tag instead of using it in the center.

Tag #11 I think turned out to be one of my favorites.

Linda's Inspiration Tag is on the top. I loved the script background and all the creamy white elements.

Again I put my thinking cap on and finally came up with a tag that uses the script background I liked so much with a little vintage girl cut out,  placed in the middle surrounded by White Flowers, Fluffy Ribbon, Pearls, and Holly.

I used Stickles on the holly and on the edges of the flower.

This brings me to the Final Tag. Number 12.

Linda's Inspiration Tag is on top and I love all the gold and red.

I decided to keep mine simple. I used Red Scrap paper as my background. I then printed the "Merry Christmas" Image and glued it onto the tag. Since I have no way to emboss the tag like Linda, I used gold stickles and made my own swirls and pattern. I also used it around the edge of the image I glued on.
Wow, I feel a lot better now that I have these completed. I hope you guys like them, and Thank you for taking the time to make it to the end of this post. I have the best followers!

I am off to see if I can still link them to the Challenge.

Until Next Time, Happy Sales
